• Suggested job opportunities, employer profiles, or organizations
• Additional content, skills, or preferences that may be relevant based on your profile

These recommendations are informational only and are intended to help you explore opportunities. They do not guarantee any outcome, employment, or engagement.

What You Are Authorizing

By agreeing, you authorize Ditto Up to:

1. Use the information you provide on your profile — including resumes, work samples, and other uploaded materials — to generate these suggestions.
2. Consider community feedback, reactions, and engagement signals as contextual inputs for recommendations.
3. Provide explanations of recommendations in ways that allow you to update, correct, delete, or expand your profile information and preferences.
4. Submit your name, email address, mobile phone number, current city, and city of interest to third-party web-search providers (such as Exa.AI) so they can locate your publicly-available professional footprint on the web. Any attributes returned are presented to you for review before being added to your profile — you control what is kept and what is discarded.

Your Right to Withdraw

You may withdraw this consent at any time by updating your preferences in your account settings. Withdrawing consent will not affect the lawfulness of any processing that occurred prior to withdrawal.
